These terms cover the Bumper Paws app for Android and iPhone and this website, including the free game played here. By playing Bumper Paws you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Playing the game
You may play Bumper Paws for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy or resell the game or its art, or try to cheat its purchases or ads. The game, its art, music and name belong to its operator. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from.
Your saved game
Bumper Paws has no accounts. Your progress, scores and cats are saved on your device only, so uninstalling the app or clearing this site's data removes them, and they can't be restored by us.
Purchases
The game is free to play, with an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full game and removes ads. Google Play or the App Store handles the payment, and their refund rules apply. The purchase is tied to your store account, not to a device. It may not be offered in every country.
Ads
The free version shows occasional ads between games. Ads come from Google AdMob, and we don't control or endorse what they advertise. The privacy notice explains how ads and your data are handled.
Changes to the game
We may update, change or stop offering Bumper Paws or any part of it. We will update this page if these terms change, and continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Bumper Paws fun and reliable, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work without errors or interruption. As far as the law allows, the operator isn't liable for indirect losses from using the game. Nothing here limits any rights that the consumer laws where you live give you and that can't be waived.
